Inspect the floor in person
We look at the terrazzo, the damage and the maintenance history it has been through, and quote from what is actually there.
Set up dust collection
Oversized HEPA dust collection capturing at the source.
Grind
This is where decades of wax, topical sealer, staining and surface damage come off.
Match and patch
Matching marble aggregate and resin color matched in indirect natural light.
Hone
Each pass replaces the previous scratch pattern with a finer one.
Polish
Continued down to roughly 7 microns roughness, producing a high gloss, high clarity reflection.
Seal
A sealer that fills the pores of the terrazzo rather than coating the surface.
Burnish
The final step. It leaves the floor easy to maintain, and it stays that way for years.

Common questions
Can my terrazzo floor be saved?
The vast majority can, including floors other companies have declined. What rules one out is excessive physical damage, or the marks left by certain old flooring, like grid patterns from glue-down tile or darkening from waffle-patterned carpet pad. If you're not sure, we'll come look at it.
How much does terrazzo restoration cost in Tampa Bay?
It prices competitively against good flooring, and well under new flooring that even approaches the same quality. We can give a written quote after seeing and measuring the floor.
How long will my floor take?
Two to four days on site for most homes. Heavy patchwork or a large commercial floor takes longer, and you get a duration with the quote.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the floor and give you a written number. Every job is inspected in person before it is quoted.
